A signed quote and the deposit: 40% on most projects, 50% under $2,000 and 30% above $6,500, so never more than half. Then your content, brand files and access to the accounts the build needs. Anything missing is named in the quote, not discovered halfway through.
Two rounds of changes on the staging link are included, and every build comes with 30 days of free fixes after launch: if something I built doesn't work as agreed, I fix it at no charge. New pages or larger changes get a short written quote first.
I write down what changes, what it adds to the timeline and what it costs, and nothing extra starts until you agree.
Sometimes. I take on two projects at a time, so the start date in the quote reflects the work already running, and your project is never one of twenty.
I work from New Delhi (IST, UTC+5:30) with clients worldwide. We agree on call times at the start, calls run on Zoom, and I reply to email within one business day.
