Webflow development your team can run

I build your site in Webflow on Finsweet's Client-First, plan the CMS around what you publish, launch it on your domain and hand it to your team to edit without a developer.

Who this is for four common starting points

Most development projects start from one of these. If yours sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Working from a designer's Figma file?

See Figma to Webflow
  1. 01

Your team waits on a developer

Every new page or blog post needs a developer, so marketing moves at the developer's pace.

  2. 02

Your site is slow or hard to edit

It works, just about, and you want it rebuilt properly in Webflow rather than patched again.

  3. 03

You have a lot to publish

Blog posts, case studies or resources that need a CMS planned around them, not added later.

  4. 04

    Your designs are approved

The pages are signed off and need a careful Webflow build, CMS included, that matches them.

Not a fit

If you need a team on call around the clock, or a site built on WordPress or Framer, an agency or another platform will serve you better.

How a build runs in four steps

The same four steps on every build, each ending with something you can check before the next one starts.

What shapes the timeline and the quote

Every quote is written for the project, starting from my published prices. These four things move it most.

A typical 5 to 10 page site takes 2 to 4 weeks from signed quote to launch, once the designs are ready.

Webflow development questions before you start

Have a question this list misses? Book a call and ask me. You talk to me, not a salesperson.

Can you build from designs someone else made?

Yes. Send the Figma file and I review it before I quote: layouts for phone and desktop, shared styles, and every state a page needs. Anything missing is flagged in the quote, not discovered halfway through the build.

Will my team be able to edit the site after launch?

Yes. The CMS is set up around what your team publishes, and the build uses Client-First so the class names make sense to whoever works on the site next. Your editors change text, images and CMS items in Webflow without a developer.

Do you move our existing content into the CMS?

Yes, when it's part of the quote. Moving content is priced by how many items there are and where they live now: a clean export from another CMS moves very differently from copy spread across documents.

Can you take over and fix an existing Webflow site?

Yes. I start by reviewing the current build, its class names, CMS structure and page speed, then tell you whether it's better to fix it or rebuild it, and quote whichever makes sense.
