A Webflow website costs $750 to $11,900 to build with me in 2026. A one-page site built from your Figma file is at the low end, and a 20-page, CMS-heavy site that I design and build is at the top. On top of the build, Webflow bills you for hosting: $25 a month, billed yearly, for the Premium plan that any site with a blog needs.
I'm Chirag Singh, and I've built Webflow sites since 2023. Every figure below comes from my own published price list (the same one behind my estimator) or from a linked source, dated October 2026.
Typical Webflow website costs by kind of site
A built-from-Figma site costs $750 to $6,300 with me and takes 1 to 6 weeks, depending on size. If I design it as well, the range is $1,400 to $11,900 over 2 to 14 weeks. Every quote I send starts from these published prices and is then written for the project, so yours can land anywhere in a range.
| Kind of site | Built from your Figma file | Designed and built by diyo |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page (home page only) | $750–$1,000 · 1–2 weeks | $1,400–$1,900 · 2–4 weeks |
| 5 pages (home + 4 inner pages) | $1,650–$2,200 · 1–3 weeks | $3,100–$4,200 · 4–6 weeks |
| 10 pages with a blog | $2,700–$3,600 · 2–4 weeks | $5,100–$6,800 · 5–9 weeks |
| 20 pages, CMS-heavy | $4,800–$6,300 · 4–6 weeks | $8,900–$11,900 · 9–14 weeks |
The "10 pages with a blog" row is a home page, seven inner pages, a blog post template and a blog listing page. The 20-page row adds two CMS collections with their listing pages and two utility pages such as a 404 and a privacy policy.
When I design the site, design runs first and the build starts when the design is signed off, which is why those timelines are roughly twice as long. Pairing the two services takes 5% off the combined price.
Moving from WordPress
A WordPress to Webflow migration rebuilds the site in Webflow and moves the content, with every old URL redirected by a 301. The price depends on how many page templates and posts you have, and on whether the old site was built with a page builder.
| Migration | What it assumes | Price and time |
|---|---|---|
| Small site | About 8 templates, one blog with 51–300 posts, classic editor, up to 100 redirects | $3,400–$5,100 · 3–6 weeks |
| Large site | 12 templates, three collections with 301–1,000 items, built in a page builder, 101–500 redirects | $7,200–$9,600 · 6–10 weeks |
The small-site range is wider because it assumes I estimate the template count for you. Once the real template and post counts are known, the range narrows.
What moves a Webflow quote
Four things move a Webflow quote most: the number of page templates, the CMS work, interactions and custom code, and integrations. Templates usually carry the most weight. The diagram shows a typical split; on a given build the order can change.
Bar length shows a typical share of the build, not a price.
Page templates
A template is a page layout designed once and reused. Forty blog posts share one template. A home page, a service page and a case study page are three. Quotes follow the number of templates more closely than the number of pages, so a 30-page site with five layouts can cost less than a 12-page site where every page is different.
CMS work
Collections, fields and the references between them take planning before they take building. A blog is one collection. Case studies linked to services and team members is three collections, with references between them. Size matters too: Premium holds up to 20,000 CMS items across 40 collections, and past that you're into Webflow CMS limits that change the structure of the build.

Interactions and custom code
Basic motion, such as fades and hover states, is in every price above. Advanced, scroll-driven animation adds time: a 10-page Figma build moves from $2,700–$3,600 to $3,300–$4,400 in my estimator. It's the line I'd cut first if the budget is tight. Custom code covers things Webflow doesn't do out of the box: a pricing calculator, a filter on a large collection, or a Stripe checkout. Webflow caps each code embed at 50,000 characters (Webflow Help Center, updated 2 Sep 2026), so bigger scripts are hosted elsewhere and loaded in.
Integrations
Connecting a form to a CRM, adding analytics with a consent banner, or sending form entries to another tool each add build and testing time. In my price list a standalone CRM connection is $900 to $1,200, and an automation workflow is $250 to $350.
What does Webflow charge each month?
Webflow bills hosting separately from the build, directly to you. As of 13 Oct 2026, a site with a blog needs the Premium plan at $25 a month billed yearly, or $39 billed monthly. A site with no CMS can use Basic at $15 a month billed yearly. Those fees are not part of my quote.

The site plans on webflow.com/pricing as of 13 Oct 2026:
- Starter is free, on a webflow.io address, with 50 CMS items. It's fine for building and reviewing a site, not for launching one.
- Basic is $15 a month billed yearly ($25 monthly), with up to 300 static pages and no CMS.
- Premium is $25 a month billed yearly ($39 monthly), with 20,000 CMS items, 40 collections and 50 GB of bandwidth to start.
- Team is $2,500 a month on an annual contract, for companies that need 100 collections and 10 seats.
- Enterprise is priced on request.
Premium is new this year. On 13 May 2026 Webflow merged its old CMS and Business plans into Premium and removed the CMS item add-ons (Webflow Help Center, updated 31 Aug 2026). Existing sites move to the new prices at their first renewal on or after 29 Jun 2026. Sites in a Freelancer or Agency Workspace move on or after 16 Nov 2026 (Webflow blog, updated 20 Jul 2026). If your site sits in your developer's Workspace, ask what your renewal will be.
Bandwidth is the fee people forget. If your traffic outgrows Premium's included 50 GB, Webflow sells more: an extra 50 GB is $20 a month billed yearly, and an extra 100 GB is $40, per the pricing page FAQ on 13 Oct 2026. Most small business sites never need it. A site that serves large images or video to many visitors can.
A worked example: the first-year bill for a 10-page site with a blog
For a 10-page site with a blog, the first-year bill comes to about $3,000 to $3,900 if you bring a Figma file. If I design it too, the figure is about $5,400 to $7,100. That covers the build, a year of Premium billed yearly, and a .com domain.
| Line | Built from your Figma file | Designed and built by diyo |
|---|---|---|
| Build (diyo estimator) | $2,700–$3,600 | $5,100–$6,800 |
| Webflow Premium, 12 months billed yearly | $300 | $300 |
| .com domain, 1 year (Porkbun) | $11.08 | $11.08 |
| First-year total | $3,011–$3,911 | $5,411–$7,111 |
The domain price is Porkbun's .com rate on 13 Oct 2026, the same for registration and renewal. Other registrars charge different rates, and the first-year price is often a discount that rises at renewal, so check the renewal line before you buy.
From year two, the same site costs $311.08 a year to keep online, the plan plus the domain. Paying Webflow monthly instead pushes the plan from $300 to $468 a year. Billing yearly is the easiest saving on this list.
Two optional lines change the yearly figure. A care plan for edits and checks after launch starts at $150 a month with me (4 hours). Extra editors on your own Webflow Workspace need a seat each; a Limited seat is $15 a month billed yearly on the pricing page.
Freelancer, studio or agency: where the money goes
Webflow freelancers on Upwork charge a median of $31 an hour. Studios and agencies cost two to seven times more per site. My build prices sit inside the freelancer band, and a site I design as well sits at the low end of the small-studio band. Here is how the market looks, using one 2026 guide's bands:
| Provider | 1–10 pages | 11–40 pages with CMS | Hourly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Freelancer | $1,800–$4,500 | $4,500–$9,000 | $50–$90 |
| Small studio | $3,600–$9,000 | $9,000–$18,000 | $75–$90 |
| Mid-level agency | $7,200–$18,000 | $18,000–$36,000 | $100–$150 |
| Top agency | $12,600–$31,500 | $31,500–$63,000 | $150–$250+ |
Source: BRIX Templates, updated 21 May 2026. Marketplace rates run lower: Upwork puts most Webflow developers between $20 and $45 an hour, with a $31 median, as of 13 Oct 2026.
Set against that table, my 10-page Figma build ($2,700 to $3,600) sits in the middle of the freelancer band. A 10-page site I design and build ($5,100 to $6,800) sits at the low end of the small-studio band. You can find cheaper builders on Upwork, and I won't be the lowest quote you get. What the price covers is a build on Finsweet's Client-First system, so your team can find and edit things later, two rounds of changes, and titles, meta descriptions, alt text and redirects in place on launch day.
Where the money goes differs by provider. With a freelancer, nearly all of it pays for build hours. An agency adds project managers, strategists and account staff, which you need when several departments sign off on the site. A one-person studio like mine sits in between: you talk to the person who builds the site, and nothing is lost in a handover.
That model has limits, and you should know them before you hire me. I take on two projects at a time, so if you need a site in two weeks and both slots are taken, I'll tell you. If your project needs a brand strategist, a copy team and a developer working in parallel, or someone on call around the clock, a mid-level agency is the better buy.
Costs to ask about before you sign
The build and the Webflow plan are most of the bill, but six other costs show up often. Ask whoever quotes you which of these are included, and which you'll pay for yourself.
- Copy. If the words aren't written, someone has to write them. My price list puts a home page at $600 to $800 of copywriting.
- Fonts. Google Fonts are free. Commercial typefaces are licensed per family and per use, and the license is yours to buy.
- Stock photos and video, if your own photography doesn't cover every page.
- Webflow add-ons. Localize for other languages starts at $9 a month, Analyze at $9 a month, and Optimize for A/B testing at $299 a month (webflow.com/pricing, 13 Oct 2026).
- Logins. Webflow retired its own User Accounts on 29 Jan 2026, so member areas now run on a third-party tool such as Memberstack, from $25 a month billed yearly (Memberstack pricing, 13 Oct 2026).
- Changes after launch. Fixes inside the agreed scope should be free for a set period. New pages and features are billed, either per job or through a care plan.
How to get an accurate quote
The fastest route to an accurate number is to describe the project in the same terms the price is built from: page types, collections, design status and integrations. Run it through my estimator first and you'll see a range in about two minutes, without giving an email.

Before the call, gather these. The more of them you have, the closer the first quote lands:
- What the site is for and who it needs to reach
- Roughly how many pages, and which page types
- Links to designs in Figma, or to your current site
- When you need the site live
Some clients send it as a short file. Here's the shape I find easiest to quote from:
{
"goal": "Book more demo calls from US and UK buyers",
"audience": "Heads of operations at logistics firms",
"page_types": ["Home", "Product", "Pricing", "About", "Contact", "Blog listing", "Blog post"],
"cms": [
{ "collection": "Blog posts", "items_at_launch": 40 }
],
"design": "Figma file ready for 5 of 7 page types",
"integrations": ["HubSpot form", "Google Analytics 4"],
"copy_ready": "partly",
"current_site": "https://example.com",
"launch_by": "2027-01-15"
}After that, we talk for 30 minutes on Zoom, I confirm the scope, and you get a fixed price in USD. Payment is split so you never pay more than half up front: 50/50 under $2,000, 40/30/30 from $2,000 to $6,500, and 30/30/20/20 above that.
I build Webflow sites from your Figma file or design them from scratch, on Client-First, with the CMS set up so your team can publish without me.
