For most business sites, Webflow pricing in October 2026 means $15 or $25 a month, billed yearly, for the Site plan that hosts it. Basic ($15) covers a site without a CMS, Premium ($25) covers a site with a blog or collections, and online stores start at $29. Anyone who edits the site, other than the Workspace owner, is billed separately as a seat, from $15 a month.
I'm Chirag Singh, a Webflow developer since 2023, and I help clients pick these plans before launch. Every figure below comes from Webflow's own pricing page or Help Center, read on 29 Oct 2026, and is linked. Build costs are in my post on how much a Webflow website costs.
How does Webflow pricing work?
Webflow plans come in two kinds. A Site plan pays for one website: hosting, a custom domain and features such as the CMS. A Workspace plan pays for the account your sites sit in: staging sites, collaboration tools, code export and the people who work there.
Webflow's Help Center article Do I need a Workspace plan or a Site plan? says every site on a custom domain needs its own Site plan, and a paid Workspace plan is only needed for more than two free staging sites, team features or code export. A business with one site and one person running it can pay for the Site plan and keep the free Starter Workspace.
Seats are billed on top of both. Each Workspace includes one Full seat for the owner, and every other designer or editor needs a seat, which you can buy without upgrading the Workspace.
What does each Webflow Site plan cost?
As of 29 Oct 2026, the Site plans run from free to $2,500 a month, with Enterprise priced on request.
| Plan | Billed yearly | Billed monthly | Pages and CMS | Bandwidth included |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | Free | 2 pages, 50 CMS items, webflow.io address only | 1 GB a month |
| Basic | $15 | $25 | 300 static pages, no CMS | 10 GB a month |
| Premium | $25 | $39 | 300 static pages, 20,000 CMS items, 40 collections | 50 GB a month, up to 2.5 TB with add-ons |
| Team | $2,500 | Annual contract only | 500 static pages, 100 collections | Up to 30 TB a year |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom limits | Custom |
Yearly prices and limits are from webflow.com/pricing. Monthly prices and Premium's 300-page limit are from the Help Center article Updated pricing and simplified plans for May 2026, since the pricing page only prints yearly figures.
What the Webflow Premium plan adds over Basic
The Webflow Premium plan is Basic plus the CMS. On top of the 20,000 items and 40 collections, it adds site search, file uploads on forms, code components, well-known files, 15 Cloud apps instead of 5, and faster search indexing. If your site has a blog, case studies, a team page fed from a collection, or a search box, you need Premium.
Basic still has a custom domain, unlimited form submissions and password protection, which is enough for a five-page site with no blog.
Team and Enterprise
Team launched with the May 2026 change. It's $2,500 a month on an annual contract and includes 5 Full and 5 Limited seats, Localize with 2 locales, 100 collections, publishing workflows, page branching, single-page publishing and an activity log. It's meant for a marketing team where several people publish and someone has to approve the changes.
Enterprise adds custom limits, SSO, SCIM, custom roles and a 99.99% hosting uptime figure, and Webflow quotes it per customer. The only public figures come from third parties: Vendr reports a median Webflow contract of $37,125 a year across 134 purchases, ranging from $10,000 to $81,743 (updated February 2026).
What changed on 13 May 2026, and when does it reach your site?
On 13 May 2026 Webflow merged its CMS and Business plans into one Premium plan at $25 a month billed yearly or $39 monthly. It also raised Basic to $15 or $25, doubled static pages on Basic and the old CMS plan from 150 to 300, and removed CMS item add-ons, since Premium now includes 20,000 items.
The change didn't reach every site on the same day. Per the Help Center article and the Webflow blog post dated 13 May 2026:
| Date | Which sites |
|---|---|
| 13 May 2026 | New Site plan purchases |
| Next renewal or billable change on or after 29 Jun 2026 | Existing sites, except the two groups below |
| Next renewal or billable change on or after 16 Nov 2026 | Existing sites in Freelancer or Agency Workspaces, and sites on legacy pricing |
A billable change means upgrading or downgrading the Site plan, or switching between monthly and yearly billing.
The move is automatic: CMS and Business sites become Premium. For CMS-plan sites the item limit goes from 2,000 to 20,000. For Business-plan sites it goes from 10,000 to 20,000, but included bandwidth drops from 100 GB to 50 GB. If a Business site used more than 50 GB in its past two billing months, Webflow adds a bandwidth add-on to cover it.
Webflow's own examples show a Business site's bill can go either way:
| Business site | Before | After, on Premium |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly billing, uses 50 GB | $49 | $39 |
| Yearly billing, uses 150 GB | $39 + $20 add-on = $59 | $25 + $40 add-on = $65 |
Webflow workspace pricing: plans and seats
Webflow workspace pricing splits into two families. In-house teams choose Starter (free), Core ($19 a month) or Growth ($49). Freelancers and agencies who build for clients choose Freelancer ($16) or Agency ($35). All prices are billed yearly, per webflow.com/pricing on 29 Oct 2026.
| Workspace | Price | Staging sites | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | 2 | 1 Full seat, 200 AI credits |
| Core | $19 | 10 | Custom code, code export, 300 AI credits |
| Growth | $49 | Unlimited | Site password protection, site-level roles, publishing permissions, 400 AI credits |
| Freelancer | $16 | 10 | 1 free client seat per site, client payments, 300 AI credits |
| Agency | $35 | Unlimited | 3 free client seats per site, site password protection, site-level roles, 400 AI credits |
A Full seat, for anyone who designs or manages settings, is $39 a month billed yearly. A Limited seat, for editing content or building pages from components, is $15. Reviewers and commenters get Free seats, and every Workspace includes 100 of them, per Webflow's seats, roles and permissions overview.
Client seats only exist on Freelancer, Agency and Starter Workspaces. Webflow's client seats article says a Freelancer Workspace gets 1 per site and an Agency Workspace 3 per site, and extra client seats can't be bought. If your developer holds the site, those free seats may be how your team edits it.
How much is Webflow a year: monthly vs yearly billing
Yearly billing saves 36% to 40% on the core Site plans, and Webflow's toggle says "save up to 40%". If you'll keep the site for a year, pay yearly.
| Item | Paid monthly, 12 months | Paid yearly | Saving |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $300 | $180 | $120 (40%) |
| Premium | $468 | $300 | $168 (36%) |
| Extra 50 GB bandwidth on Premium | $360 | $240 | $120 (33%) |
You can move between the two later. Webflow's article on switching billing frequency says a Site plan moving from monthly to yearly is charged straight away, prorated at checkout. Going from yearly to monthly turns unused time into account credit. If you cancel, the pricing page FAQ says you still pay the rest of the term.
What happens if your site goes over its bandwidth?
Nothing is charged the first month you go over. Webflow emails you and shows a banner in the dashboard. If you go over again the next month, Webflow upgrades your plan or bandwidth add-on at the start of the following billing month, sized on the lower of the two months' usage.
That's Webflow's surge protection. A separate article on bandwidth charges adds two points: on yearly billing the new plan is prorated for the rest of your term, and "we are unable to issue refunds for bandwidth overages." You can check your usage under Site settings, in Site usage or Plan usage.
Premium bandwidth add-ons, per the pricing page on 29 Oct 2026, billed yearly (monthly in brackets):
- +50 GB: $20 a month ($30)
- +250 GB: $100 ($150)
- +950 GB: $374 ($560), with larger steps up to +2.45 TB at $974 ($1,460)
Before paying for more, check what's using it. Large uncompressed images and self-hosted video are the usual causes, and fixing them costs less than an add-on. I cover how in my post on Webflow site speed.
Webflow add-ons: Localize, Analyze and Optimize
Three paid add-ons sit on top of a Site plan, each priced by usage tier. These starting prices are from webflow.com/pricing on 29 Oct 2026.
- Localize Essential starts at $9 a month for 1 to 3 locales and 10,000 translated words a month. Localize Advanced starts at $29 a month for up to 10 locales and 50,000 words.
- Analyze starts at $9 a month and is priced by sessions, from 2,000 a month upward.
- Optimize, for A/B testing and personalisation, starts at $299 a month and is priced by page views, from 25,000 a month, with up to 5 tests running at once.
The same two-month surge protection applies to Analyze sessions and Optimize page views. Of the three, Localize is the one I'd budget for on a bilingual site. Analyze overlaps with free analytics tools for many small sites, and Optimize only pays off when a site has enough traffic for a test to reach a result.
Webflow Ecommerce plans
Webflow's store plans are Standard at $29 a month, Plus at $74 and Advanced at $212, billed yearly. Webflow's May 2026 article says ecommerce plans didn't change.
| Plan | Price | Products | Webflow transaction fee | CMS items | Bandwidth |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $29 | 500 | 2% | 2,000 | 50 GB |
| Plus | $74 | 5,000 | 0% | Up to 10,000 | 100 GB |
| Advanced | $212 | 15,000 | 0% | Up to 10,000 | 100 GB |
The 2% on Standard is Webflow's own fee, charged on top of Stripe or PayPal fees. Plus costs $45 a month more, or $540 a year. Since 2% of $27,000 is $540, a store selling more than about $27,000 a year pays less overall on Plus.
Watch the CMS limit on Standard: it holds 2,000 CMS items, a tenth of what Premium holds. A shop with a large blog can hit that ceiling before it hits the product limit. If selling is the whole business and the catalogue is large, I'd also price a platform built only for commerce before choosing Webflow.
Which Webflow plan does your site need?
Most business sites need Premium. Basic fits only a site with no blog, collections or search, and an Ecommerce plan only when Webflow takes the payments. The flow below follows the questions I ask clients.
Site plan prices per month, billed yearly, from webflow.com/pricing on 29 Oct 2026. Seats and add-ons are billed on top.
Here's what common sites end up paying for a year of Webflow, using the yearly prices above. Build costs are separate.
| Kind of site | What to buy | Per year |
|---|---|---|
| Portfolio or 5-page company site, no blog | Basic, free Starter Workspace | $180 |
| Business site with a blog, run by the owner | Premium, free Starter Workspace | $300 |
| Same site with two staff editing content | Premium + 2 Limited seats | $660 |
| Business site in two languages | Premium + Localize Essential | From $408 |
| Small shop under 500 products | Ecommerce Standard | $348 + 2% of sales |
Two cases don't fit a plan on their own. Member logins and gated content need a third-party tool, because Webflow retired its User Accounts feature in January 2026; I compare the options in alternatives to Webflow Logic and User Accounts. And a site with more than 20,000 CMS items needs Enterprise or a different structure, which I cover in Webflow CMS limits.
How to avoid paying for the wrong Webflow plan
These are the plan mistakes I check for before every launch. Most of them cost a few hundred dollars a year, and most take a few minutes to fix in the site or Workspace settings.
- Paying for Premium on a site with no CMS. If nothing on the site comes from a collection and there's no search box, Basic does the job for $120 a year less.
- Buying a Workspace plan to put a site on a custom domain. The domain comes with the Site plan. Core or Growth won't publish anything to your domain.
- Paying monthly for a site you'll keep. On Premium that's $168 a year for nothing.
- Giving content editors Full seats. Editing text and CMS items needs a Limited seat at $15, not a Full seat at $39.
- Choosing Team for translation alone. Premium with Localize starts at $34 a month, against $2,500.
- Losing track of who holds the site. If it sits in a freelancer's or agency's Workspace, they control the renewal and the 16 Nov 2026 price change.
What happens when your Webflow plan renews?
At renewal, Webflow bills the plan at its current price. For a site still on the old CMS or Business plan, the first renewal on or after its change date moves it to Premium automatically. CMS item add-ons come off the subscription, and Business sites that used more than 50 GB get a bandwidth add-on in their place.
Before a renewal, check the plan name, renewal date, billing frequency and last two months of bandwidth in the site's settings. Webflow's pricing change calculator estimates the new price of a CMS, Business or Basic site from its bandwidth and item count.
If your developer's Workspace holds the site, you can pay its plan through Webflow's client payments or have the site transferred to your own Workspace. I explain both routes in my post on white-label Webflow development. Either way, keep the renewal date in your own calendar. After launch, a check like this belongs in a monthly routine, which I lay out in my post on a Webflow maintenance plan.
I build Webflow sites on Client-First and set up the right Site plan, Workspace and seats with you before launch, so you only pay for what the site uses.
Webflow development servicesIf you're unsure which plan your site needs, book a 30-minute call and bring your page list. If you're still budgeting the build, the estimator gives you a range in about two minutes.
